    Does the plugin forward any kind of notification to the person responsible for performing the task? By what method? If so, is this possible in the free or paid version?

    Hi there,

    Thanks so much for getting in touch.

    Yes, the plugin does send email notifications to the assigned user. These email notifications exist in the Basic version as well as the Pro version and can be disabled/enabled per user from the Zephyr profile settings or from the Zephyr > Settings > General page.

    Perfect! One more question, do I get a delivery confirmation for this alert? Does the platform indicate that the alert was forwarded / opened by the recipient? Similar to a CRM…

    Thanks for the response.

    Unfortunately this is not currently possible with the plugin to show whether it was opened by the recipient.
