NOTIFICATION

Hi,
I installed this wall, sent a test message it shown, but went back to the page, its gone? And even I refresh the page, seems like the message is only temporary? And from the NOTIFICATION TAB say Unread/Read, but when I clicked to see, there’s no message and problem, hope you can see this image I attached?
