    Every time we make a new post, a notice goes to a nonexistent email address. We have a legitimate subscriber, let’s call her ‘[email protected]’. She appears in the dashboard as such, and she is also in the database table.

    But a message is going out, in the proper format for our Icegram template, starting with “Hello Firstname Lastname,” But the mail message is being bounced back with the header that it was sent to

    [email protected]

    This address naturally doesn’t show up on the dashboard, and it doesn’t show up in any of the database tables.

    I would just nuke that address, but it doesn’t show up anyplace where I can delete it. Ideas?

    That’s unusual! Icegram Express only sends notification emails to recipients included in the selected list. We have a private support?channel here.
