Notices Not Sending

A new bug has appeared. I’ve been trying to send notices via the notice manager when viewing an order but they’re not sending.
Whether I click ‘Save & Send’, ‘Save’ or ‘Send Delayed Email’ it doesn’t matter. The spinning loading icon appears but that’s all that happens.
