Noticed Additional Fields are not populating with Data

Hi,
I’ve been using your plugin successfully for the past 6 months but just noticed that the additional fields that my developer coded are not being passed to the user front end after somebody checks out. This looks to have started happening after I updated Paid Membership Pro to the latest version (Version 1.9)
For example, users can see the additional fields and input values at checkout. I checked my usermeta tables in phpMyAdmin and the values are there, it’s just not showing up in the user front end. There are just blanks. These fields are are also required and I haven’t added anything to the site since.
Any idea why?
