have this notice since last patch. might want to check into it.
Notice: wpcf7_add_shortcode is deprecated since Contact Form 7 version 4.6! Use wpcf7_add_form_tag instead. in /home/williams/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/functions.php on line 351

The “MailChimp” and “Advanced noCaptcha reCaptcha” plugins also causes the error to be thrown. Unfortunately, the update you made for debugging now flags multiple plugins in a way that isn’t appropriate (we should not need to deactivate multiple plugins so that our users don’t see an error generated by your plugin when visiting our sites).
