If you haven’t resolved your issue with this error notice, it is likely that you site was hacked with the redirect hack mention in this article.

Check the header.php file of your theme to see if it has eval() code at the top of it. It should not have an eval() in the header.php file.

Cleaned the header, deleted some plugins and changed passwords. Haven’t seen the notice in a while now.
