We haven’t had any other reports of this, and I am unable to reproduce this myself.

Did you set your own graphic for the cards icon in the DoDirectPayment settings, or are you just letting it fall to the default?

Can you go back into the plugin settings and click save (even if you don’t change anything) just to be sure it holds the settings? That may resolve it.

Yes, the client has had no sales for 6 days cause the cart is having issues. Do you think this is a wpengine issue?

Even when I disabled this plugin and went with the default paypal builtin with woo it had issues. I am just trying to make sure it is host.

Ah, yes. If you’re using WPEngine you need to do some things to make it work with eCommerce applications.

They provide this post which covers the issue: https://wpengine.com/support/wpengine-ecommerce/

It basically says to contact them and they’ll help you get it fixed. I’ve had a few other people recently where problems with WPEngine came up and they were able to help them get it resolved without much effort, so I would say to reach out to them, let them know you’re using WooCommerce, and they should be able to take care of you.
