Notice: register_rest_route was called incorrectly

Hi guys,

Version 2.4.1 launches a notice in debug mode saying that register_rest_route was called incorrectly from 3 different namespaces: pmpro/v1/discount_code, pmpro/v1/checkout_level, and pmpro/v1/checkout_levels.

Apparently there are typos in the permission_callback properties for the register_rest_route functions in lines 141 and 146.

Additionally, I think the permission_callback property should be added in lines 160 and 172.

Just wanted to let you know.
