The only reason I can think of for this is if you have 2 instances of this plugin enabled!

i will investigate but I do not see how this would be possible.

Have you been able to determine what was causing this?
Should I mark this issue as resolved?

I did not have the time today but since no one other than me has the problem reported as of yet I think it is some problem with another plugin. When I have time I will clone my dev install and do some more compatibility tests.
