• Hi there

I’ve had your plugin working for several weeks now & wanted to change the content today, but I couldn’t find the plugin in my plugins page or in the menu. So I reinstalled it and changed the settings but it’s still displaying the old notice. I cleared the cache & retried it in different browsers but it’s still not updating. Any idea why that would be please?

I went to try changing the notice again today and the plugin had disappeared completely, although the notice was still displaying… What makes a plugin disappear from the plugins page? I’ve never experienced that before!

I reinstalled it again, and unchecked show banner. It’s still displaying even after clearing the cache. This is becoming frustrating and with a big promo coming this week, I guess I’ll have to try another plugin that works in the mean time.

I just deactivated and removed the plugin but it’s STILL displaying! Ugh… The plugin files aren’t even on the server any more. How can this be?

I had to hide it with css ??

I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing @eviebpat, this sounds like you’re running aggressive server caching that may need to be cleared more or less aggressive.

A local WordPress developer or freelancer might be able to help configure your server.
