"Notice: My account page has been deleted. Visit…"

I get this message on all admin pages.
“Notice: My Account page has been deleted
Visit the Checking page to fix those warnings.”
“Checking page” is linked but clicking on it does not go anywhere. What is this and how to I get rid of it?

I got this when I deactivated some plugins (SEO Ultimate, Duplicator, PayPal Express Checkout) and updated The Cart Press plugin. I re-activated the plugins but that didn’t help. I checked out if PayPal Express Checkout has My Account page but it does not.

I also got a second issue: my widgets on the primary area (menu and search box) disappeared. I am not sure if this is related to the warning.

Any help is MUCH appreciated!
