Notice layout error

Hi,

After updating to version 2.0.0, Simple GDPR Cookie Compliance does not display the Notice layout correctly.
The Notice layout appears without the proper CSS settings.
See how it looks:

With LiteSpeed ??Cache enabled:

I noticed that when I disabled LiteSpeed ??Cache, everything went back to normal.

Without LiteSpeed ??Cache enabled:
