Notice for Adblocker works strange

The plugin has an option “Notice For Ad Blocker”, that works strange. Usually, such options detect either AdBlocker is activated in the user’s browser or no, and if it is, displays pop-up/do another action.

In this plugin when I enter the text and choose “Popup”, “Show on every visit”, I just get a popup message always when I refresh the page and not depending on if I have AdBlocker or no. What’s the sense of that? I think the plugin should exactly detect is there AdBlocker or no. Or I just have a bug.
