    Hi Adrián,

    I have add that option in new version 1.2.8 . Now you can mark “Send email to user” in Settings > Customize . So after filling the form, email will be send to that customers email address.

    It’s nice, but sorry, I think we misunderstood.
    Maybe it’s only my fault, but if Customer chooses Location, Service, Worker and select a date of appointment, System registers a new appointment without submitting a form. So, if he/she made a steps as described above and then leave the page it creates a blank reservation.

    It would be great, if you could solve it.

    this is way it works :). Appointment is created when you fill Location, Service, Worker and date/time. After that is just update with Name, Email… Reason for that is to avoid scenario when you select all that and somebody else fill that faster than you and take your Appointment.

    For example if you select Location, Service, Worker and date/time you will create one Appointment with status “Reservation” and than if you click on Cancel status will be changed to “Abandoned”

    What can I do about it, maybe to just delete those Appointments without email,name…? For example I can check if that reservation is older than 1h, 2h or other time period and just delete it. ??
