Nothings happen when I add video link

    when I try to add a new video nothing happens (I can’t edit the player) and the bar shows just loading. just like this https://imgur.com/a/pH3e6s5

    also when I publish it, it shows the video without the controls buttons it only plays/pauses the video when I click on it.

    youtube-video link-Vimeo, nothing works.

    also I checked my database, there is no entry for presto (I’m new to this stuff but idk if that’s the problem)

    This is strange. Kindly make sure to enter the URL ending with .mp4 and see if it works, or you can share with us a screen recorder on how you setup.
