@lukeoko – I’m happy to help, but could you please describe the problem in detail? Anything specific you could mention would be great.

    Thanks!

    aw, common,

when you visit above galleries you will see.

they should be sorted in the rows and not in one column,
and thumbnails are not clickable. contact form becames not usable.

    No IE, Firefox, Chrome

how more can I explain it? cant you see it?

@lukeoko – Can you please try temporarily deactivating all of your plugins besides NextGEN, then try again? See if maybe there is some plugin interference. Also, please try setting your permalinks to “post name” in Settings > Permalinks

    Thanks,

    hi,
I did what you told me to. .. but no change.

what should I do? will downgrading wordpress installation to lower version help?

@lukeoko – When you deactivated *all* of your plugins, did you also try temporarily switching to a default WordPress Twenty series theme before reactivating NextGEN Gallery only?

    hi,
Well, it works with the default theme. It worked with other themes until I updated your plugin and WordPress versions.

Will it work if I upload wordpress 3.7 back as it was?

    Just tried:
WordPress 3.7. (upload files via ftp “except wp-content folder)
    NextGen Version 2.0.33

    and it doesnt work

@lukeoko – Given that it worked with the current WordPress version and a default WordPress Twenty series theme I would suspect your theme will be at the root of the issue.

I would strongly recommend re-updating to current versions as well since you have put your site into an insecure position by rolling back to the versions you have noted.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
