• i have elements kit lite installed on my development site. i tested some things. now i wanted to buy the elements kit pro version because other megamenu plugins did not fullfill my requirements.

    first i saw your pricing page which says 29 Dollar for the personal yearly subscription and then on the check-out page it suddenly says 34 Euro. i mean are you serious with this?!! why you want to steal 5 dollars / euros just because someone decided to buy and you increase price suddenly??? this is like a bad scam.

    second i wanted to contact you via the “messenger” chat plugin you use on your website. i clicked on it and nothing happens. if you click twice a popup opens for a milisecond and is gone. nothing happens…

    third i wantetd to send you a message via your contact form. After wasting my time again by typing all the informations i fill out this old-school captch button and hit the send message button and guess what. nothing happens again. what a fail! if your widgets and elements are the same quality as your support, your website or your pricing then good night.

    i will now go and spend my money on happy addons and i hope not many people will have such bad experience with you like i had to have.

    Everyone can test the website of this plugin author and check all the console errors in the different browsers.

    i will not remove my review and will not give better rating, even this is what the plugin author asked for.

    and for the price beeing shown without tax then they should mark the price as “without tax”.

    Sorry for the misunderstanding.

    We have checked this and found some script blocked by the browser. Safari required permission to lounge Facebook SDK And we have planned to change our live chat with other solutions.

    About Taxes, till now, no one complained about it. And we have added a notice in pricing bottom (share.getcloudapp.com/z8uXX6AB)

    We really work hard with our plugin and we have added features and updates our plugin every week.

    If you want to use our pro version on your site we are happy to give you a Special discount just contact our wpmet Facebook page. We don’t want to unhappy our users. ??
