nothing works

I just created an account for the first time here to give it a try, connected almost 50 websites on it and after an hour all were disconnected for no reason and they don’t reconnect anymore even with whitelisting the whole IP list from the firewall.
even if you do everything as the tutorials say nothing works. and I was going to get all the services after adding all the websites. lucky me it happened fast cause now I would be in for 700 dollars per month and nothing is working.
