NOTHING WORKS

How can I get my money back? I'm beyond frustrated with this plugin that I have purchased. 

1. It won't let me change the border options from a past gallery.
2. It won't upload a more than 15 photos at one time. When I try, it picks 5 random photos from the group.
3. Every time I upload 9 photos (because I can't upload larges groups), I have to push update. I can't add them in groups of 9 and then push update at the end, otherwise they all disappear. 
4. I was told I could upload unlimited photos. It won't let me upload past a certain number.
5. There is a new 'search' or magnifying glass icon now that I can't seem to get rid of and have been through the all the settings a thousands times to try to get rid of it.
6. If you delete a category it completely messes with all the other categories, which is a humongous pain in the ass and time waster as I have to go back and change all the categories. 

I had a tight deadline and this plugin has completely failed me. I have wasted soooo much time on this and I'm done and I want my money back because it doesn't do what it promised. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. Thank you.
