nothing works :(

When I try to click on the NG icon when editing a page- I get this message: No input file specified.
When I try to add images to a gallery via the Gallery menu- I am able to drag and drop the images into the box, they seem to be uploading- I have the progress bar going and everything, but once it’s done “uploading” , I get hazard triangles on all of the images, it says “Upload Complete! O images uploaded” and then all the filenames disappear. When I try to Import Folder- I get the In Progress bar- without having picked any folders, and then it just sticks.
The only thing I’ve managed to do is to create gallery and album names, but can’t seem to populate them or figure out how to get them onto a page….
What’s going on???? & Please help!!!
