nothing visible on form pages

  • First off I am not a technical person so I was looking for something simple to make my website look clean and simple your
    front page information seemed to satisfy all that and had really good feedback.
    my problem is quite simple i have downloaded your plugin activated it but there are no forms visible on the page can you help?
    am i doing something wrong?

  • Hey Stephen,

    • Go to your pages
    • Find one of the new pages that the plugin created (register / login etc.)
    • Check if in the content of the page there is call to app like this : [ultimatemember form_id=XXX]
    • If not, go to UM plugin in the form panel
    • Change the default form to match what you want then save
    • Copy the shortcode in the form panel and paste it in your page
    • Publish and add the page to the menu
