Nothing to select?

    When I go to Overview Dashboard, I always get a message that says “Analytify Dashboard can’t be loaded until you select your website profile?here.” When I click there the drop down for “Profile for posts (Backend/Front-end)” and for “Profile for dashboard” have nothing in them to select.
    I think I have everything setup correctly but nothing there.
    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks for replying, however I don’t see any solutions you say your team mentioned, where did they mention them?
    And when I log into google analytics (analytics.google.com) I can see all the analytics there, I had gone thru the GA4 setup some time back.
