  • I am having the same issue.

Tried both Chrome and Safari, also incognito mode

No ad blockers – all cookies allowed. Cleared browser and server caches.

After install, I did have to un-check Navigation in Settings > advanced > featured in order for TikTok to show on the admin menu.

There are 3 things that you can check / try:

1.Can you please ensure that you have disabled any active browser and/or third party ad blockers? (you’ve done this)
2.If this does not work, can you please try the installation from a different browser than the one you are currently using? (i believe you’ve also tried this)
3.Can you check if you have any active optimizer extensions running? We’ve seen a few cases where some of these were blocking the initial landing page of our extensions
4.If the above 3 options do not solve the issue, we’d recommend you try a different device to login to your wp-admin and attempt installation.

Based on past cases, we believe that this screen is caused by local configurations on your network, browser, or device which we don’t have insight into.`

    Thanks for the response

    1. – yes
    2. – yes
    3. yes, double checked, cleared the cache, etc…
    4. I did try from another machine, same result – deleted and installed new updated version 1.0.4 – same result

I installed the TikTok Pixel inside GTM, tested, and have no errors. This should fit our needs for now.

I have uninstalled and will check it out at another time.

If we need sooner, I know where to submit a support ticket.

    Thanks

    THANKS SO MUCH

Sorry – GTM = Google Tag Manager – TikTok Pixel can install inside GTM with permissions if you need, just follow the instructions if you are using tag manager

Find in the TikTok for Business webpage – under Assets > Events

If you are a business customer, you could go to their support and place a ticket, they will probably help you more there. Found in the plugin README.txt

@abhg613 – I’ve reopened the thread per your request – however we released a new version of the Plugin (V1.0.4) that included some fixes for the loading of the launch page to avoid network issues related to ad blockers. Can you check to see if you are still encountering this issue.

@abhg613 – we recently rolled out a fix that may fix page load issues related to memory issues. Can you upgrade to the latest version 1.0.7 (rolled out today) to see if this helps with your page load issue?

@abhg613 are you able to file a Support Ticket with TikTok for Business and send in the WooCommerce logs for the TikTok for WooCommerce Plugin? Perhaps these logs can help debug your issue more.

How to Pull Logs for the TikTok for WooCommerce Plugin:
    * Select WooCommerce on your sidebar menu
    * Select Status > Logs
    * Type in “tiktok_for_woocommerce” in the search bar menu and select view.
    * Copy the entire log (drag and select all the way to the bottom of the screen to ensure you select and copy the full log). Note that logs are organized by date, so be sure that you are copying the logs from date when you installed the plugin or from the most recent date.
    * Paste the logs into notepad and saved as a .txt file

To submit a customer support ticket directly with TikTok and a member of our support team will be happy to assist you.
    * Go to the eCommerce Integration Support Channel: TikTok for Business Support
    * Login with your TikTok for Business Account credentials (In order to submit a customer support ticket, you must have a TikTok for Business account)
    * Please provide the following pieces of information:
    – Mention you are using the TikTok for WooCommerce Plugin
    – Short description of the issue, error message and steps you have taken to produce the error
