    After updating to the latest version of the plugin, the locator no longer shows up. We have had this up for over a year and it has been working fine. Something with the latest update has caused some kind of conflict. Please help.

    Just created the account for you. You should have received an email. Let me know if you have any issues. You should not need to input anything in the Google Authenticator code box when logging in.

    Hi Jurski,

    It looks like permissions were set to read and execute, but not to write. I have updated the permissions to allow write as well. Please try again and let me know if you are able to update now. I am happy to provide FTP access, but have to create a support ticket to do so and so will delay the process a bit. I can also download the files from the server and send you a DropBox link to them so you can take a look. Let me know.

    We still see this message
    “Unable to communicate back with a site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.”
    Support Ticket won’t delay the process, we are fast at providing support.

    I just sent you SFTP login credentials from my email address ending in @wisecompanyus.com. Let me know if you have any trouble connecting.
