Nothing showing up when clicking Heatmap button

    I have installed the heatmap plugin. However when I go to a page that I know has had traffic and click the heatmap button in my admin bar, absolutely nothing happens. Is there a way to confirm heatmap is actually tracking the page?

    Hi @tenfoursolutions, sorry to reply only now

    If nothing happens, when you click on the heatmap button in the admin bar, I assume you have something in your browser blocking our script. Please check your adblocker(s) and privacy-related extensions. Some of them block our scripts since we are effectively tracking users.

    Note that we have started working on improving our on-boarding and wordpress plugin to detect if our scripts were blocked and show some warnings.
