Nothing showing up

    Hi there,

    im having trouble getting the plugin to work.
    I signed up as a developer and filled in all the info needed placed also my page id but still in dont see anything at all..

    How can i see what is wrong? been playing around for a few hours and cant figure it out…

  • I am having the same issue. I’ve confirmed that the page ID is correct. Both App ID and App Secret are filled with no leading or trailing spaces. No events are pulled in from facebook.

    All that shows up is the grey line above the Share area.

    I’ve also confirmed that all quote marks being used are standard type, no special characters. As well as confirming that the business and all individual events can be accessed without being logged in to facebook.

    I am having a similar problem with it not showing up. However before one of the updates it worked fine (about a month ago). I hadn’t even logged into the site. The plugins were auto updated and it seems to have broken the feed.

    Hello @michaelm421,

    Due to recent privacy issue facebook has restricted Event API so any event plugin working with Facebook API is not working. We have also posted about same on forum here

    We are keeping close watch on Facebook API as soon as they enable access back we will update plugin. As issue is at Facebook and not in our control we will need to wait till they sort it out.
