Nothing really happening – spinning dots

    Hi all,

    I have done a quick test on five images on the Media Library, and using ‘Rename and Retitle’, choosing selected images and new filenames, but when I apply, I just get the spinning dots asking me to wait – its been 15 minutes now for five images.

    I have lots of images to rename (should have been more careful on upload!).

    Anyone else having this issue?

    Hi @simonjwilliams,
    can you tell me which other active plugin do you have?

    Can you make a test disabling all other plugin?

    Let me know you the issue persist.

    Hi Crossi,

    Seems like the interaction that caused the plugin problems was with the site builder ‘Divi’, by ‘Elegant Themes’.

    Once disabled, seems to be working ok.

    I’ll disable it until im done.
