some features are not working, doc is lacking, 3 common plugins do not connect

as per my emails to [email protected] – the first two below are well over 24 hours old

1) Question – how do you plan on letting your premium users know there is an update in the future?
2) 2 – my issue with the order my skills in the skill section as per my email graphic . . . never mind about how it displays wrong in the cusomizer and a tab in the same browser instance (which I provided fully documented screen shots)
I will assume you are not going to do anything about this/make a user interface such that you can easily move a skill up or down as it relates to how it shows in your skill counter section
so, what do I do for now?

3) – NEW ISSUE – I have chosen NOT to your contact template – I am very familiar with contact form 7, as it is the leading WP contact form plugin – why should I use what your developed, which I suspect now is very buggy too, since it appears you rushed this theme out the door and do not test
somewhere I read or saw that your themes work any/all plugins?
Well, this is what display is using the base sample contact form in contact form 7

This is right out of the box, the sample form that installs with contact form 7
The same one that has been shipped to millions of users, including me scores of times
I already wasted over 3 hours trying to make this work, until I realized it wasn’t me, it was you theme
4) NEW – THIS SHOULD BE EASY (?) as per supplied graphic, our menu is lengthy, however there appears to be plenty of space to adjust this/move it to the left

Note that the log image above in the supplied graphic is cropped and basically ends a few pixels after the T
I have looked for any heading setting to make the space between the logo and the menu start less, however I can’t find it
Granted I may have missed this in your most excellent documentation
Assuming I can’t do it via the customizer
Can you provide me with the additional CSS I can use to do this?`

5) Also, Plugin for Google Reviews does not work from your cgym theme – again, I thought it was me, but I used my api google api key and google places id, which work from site
We do not want to use your contact page or map – plain and simple

6) Same thing with WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps) as below
I go set it up with credentials, and it never comes back

however, if you are keeping score from home, over 15 other installed plugins work just fine for me

so, what gives – and why is your support not as responsive as when I first started communicating with you (I found some other stuff out of sync with their doc, wasting me hours of time, that they issued a new point release of their theme)

I am sorry, but you folks are killing me with the amount of time I have wasted so far
