Nothing is showing up via shortcode

Hey all….
The short code is not showing anything when inserted on my page… any pages.
It is showing up on my view page via the interface and on the page that i am on with my computer. However nothing when i go to another computer.
I have so far changed and updated themes
also disabled all of the plugins on the page.
Here is the shortcode for the item in question.

it all seems very simple, i have yet to check the css and coding
