    Helo ivanbraun,

    can you please tell me, which “shortcode” you used?

    I used the ones you have included in the settings section.
    Is it possible for you to access the site if I gave you access ?
    I would need an email from you to [email protected]
    It might be faster
    Thanks

    thanks
    Where do i see the ID numbers ?

    @denish: Are you directly associated with this plugin and/or its support? Generally speaking, soliciting contact by email is not allowed on these forums with the exception of plugin and theme developers & their support teams.

    @esmi,

    Yes i am the developer of this plugin…

    Can you not post with the Helios Solutions account? This would automatically tag you as the plugin author and would stop you running foul of the forum’s restrictions regarding email support?

    (@denishvachhani)

    No, Because when I logged in with Helios Solutions account then i can’t even see “Editor” to post reply in forum page.

    I don’t know why it happens to Plugin’s author account only ?

    @esmi,
    If you can give me your email id, I can send you account information (username & password) to check.

    I’ve just looked into the Helios Solutions account and reset it for you. Can you try logging in with it now?

    @esmi

    your comment didn’t answer my last question about where to find the corresponding category ID’s

    (@denishvachhani)

    @ivanbraun,

    When you navigate to the faq’s category section, after clicking on edit category, in browser URL you can see “tag_ID”, and this is your category id.

    @esmi

    Thanks for solving the issue.
