    Hello, I activated hustle and configured the pop-up method.
    When I click on the button (I am not in admin test) nothing happens and the pop-up does not close after clicking the button.

    now i have the error : Something went wrong, please try again.

    I try to desactivate all plugins but I have the same error.

    After some investigations, I have this error :

    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Mailchimp_MC_SearchException: Sorry, we’re unable to search at the moment.
    Please help me

    An issue with the Mailchimp API has been reported and we are working hard to get it fixed. If a hotfix is prepared before the next release I will share it here. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I’m waiting, too. My client is not happy. I told her if not fixed within 48 hours I will replace with a different plugin.

    Hi @bobfromca. The new API will not be integrated in the next 48 hours. I do not want to hold you from making progress. We are working to complete integration and test for a release early next week. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    OK. Thanks for the heads up. I will use another pop-up for now.

    Thank you, Michael Beddows! My forms are working again.

    I created a new API key on MailChimp (not sure that was necessary).
    I added a new email to my list (even though I had others already on my list).
    Entered new API in Hustle – Reactivated the Hustle pop-up & widget.

    Now (fingers crossed it lasts), I was able to use the form. I tried on different browsers to be sure and added fake names. Thanks again!

    I just updated the Hustle 5.1.1 Beta to 5.1.1.
    I also have updated Hustle Pro 2.1 to 2.1.1 (deactivated)

    Are both of these plugins the same? Does Hustle Pro offer extra features/benefits? Does the Hustle Pro update fix the MailChimp API like the Hustle 5.1.1?

    Basically, should I use Hustle 5.1.1 or Hustle Pro 2.1.1?

    @bobfromca Pro allows you to make unlimited Opt-ins, Custom Content, and Social Share bars. The Free version is limited to one of each. They both included a fix for the MailChimp API. If you have access to the latest Pro version use that one. Thanks again for reporting and troubleshooting.
