Nothing in Posts text editor as documentation states

“The Indivdual Shortcode is easy to use and can be found when you edit a post or a page under the wordpress text editor. The Individual shortcode allows you to have different, unique shortcodes in each page or post. Once you have created your shortcode, Just insert the shortcode anywhere inside your text.”
I couldn’t find anything in the post editor to indicate that this plugin was doing anything after activation. ??
I try to be super understanding and its very likely that I am missing something, but I found no buttons in the text editor view, no additional sections in the post editor page, nothing related to Vimeo Master at all.
manually typing in the short code examples mentioned does nothing as well.
Developer page is a bit confusing to navigate, so I could very well be missing something, although I did read through 4-5 pages of documentation on this thing. If I missed it, I do not know how.
