Nothing in my wp-content folder

Hello-

I am trying to upload both themes and plugins into my page, but when I go to my ftp site (using cyberduck) there isn’t either a ‘theme’ or ‘plugin’ file available. Still there are the original themes available on the admin/control page.

Any ideas?
