Nothing happens when selection from dropdown menu

  • I have installed your plugin and it looks great. I’m trying to go to different pages from the dropdown list but nothing happens after making a selection. I noticed some of these questions/answers talk about a button. But I don’t see any specifics like how to make a button work.

    I have tried the page is different browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome and on my iPhone but nothing happens.

    Some of the pages are on the site as HTML pages but I’ve tried making wordpress pages but they don’t open either.

    We’re still working on the site but here’s the URL: https://iosociety.org/wordpress/find-an-orthopeadicist/ ?

    Please help.

    Hello,

    I have tested you page on, Firefox, Android, Chrome and the dropdown is working ok. It might be plugin that you have previously installed or some other conflict that some how was resolved. Also make sure that you don’t have some script blocking plugins on your browsers.

    Please let me know if you still have the issue.

    Hi.

    The same has been happening to me. The selector used to work fine but since i styled it as recommended by you in the previous thread, clicking the links just refreshes the homepage. I have checked that all the links associated to each dropdown are correct.

    For reference, the link to my site is https://www.automotiveselect.com.au. The [dms] is the select make box on the home page. It used to link to the other pages on the site but now it just refreshed the home page.

    Hello, I have just checked your site. The redirect works ok on FireFox and Chrome. Which browser do you use.
