Nothing happens when logging in

When I try to log into my local admin (127.0.0.1) it does nothing. When I click log in, the username and password will get smaller but it does not log me into admin for my local site. The site works perfect but I cannot log into admin to export, edit, etc.

I tried clearing/enabling cookies, cache. Lost password option does not recognize any of my emails. When I go to https://mysite.com/wp-admin I get a 404 error.
