Nothing happens when I use “upload file” button

    I used the plugin, it works fine, but it does nothing when touching the Upload File button, and if it is in single file upload mode, it works as the send file button, not letting you attach anything.

    I see some errors in the browser console on that page
    Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
    This issue could be a plugin conflict. Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator one and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

    Before this test, I recommend full site backup.
