Nothing happens when I try to authenticate

Hello,

I am having trouble authenticating. I have tried on two different browsers, deleted the cache, and I still cannot authenticate. It provides me with the code when I authenticate with my Google account, then I copy the code and it saves the changes. Then when I try to access Reports it says I need to authenticate.

Any ideas how to fix this? Thank you!
