I hope you are doing good today.

I made a test on my lab with your form and:
– form is sent in a correct way with test credit card
– conditionals logic seems to be valid
– Calculation Formula works and calculates things in a correct way based on your calculation field

But at the same time “Calculation Formula” is
{radio-2}+{radio-3}+{radio-3}+{checkbox-1}
Can I ask why not:
{radio-2}+{radio-4}+{radio-3}+{checkbox-1}

Let me know which part I’m missing here.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding the test mode – nothing happens when I click submit, i don’t receive a confirmation message and it shows zero submissions in the dashboard. Is there a way to view the test logs?

I just tested your form on your site and it worked fine. You should actually see my submission already (Adam WPMU).

The point is that when Stripe is in “test” mode you need to use special card numbers – you can’t leave credit card field empty and can’t use real credit card. Instead you can use this number (it’s one of test numbers provided by Stripe):

4242 4242 4242 4242

with any expiration date in future and any 3-digit CVC code (e.g. 123 or something similar).
