    Dear @imagemakersg,

We will surely assist you. May you please provide following details to help us to debug the issue:

    1. Browser console log error at the time of loading the page & also on hitting the search button. Steps to send console logs:

    • Open the Console window in Chrome using Ctrl + Shift + J (or Cmd + Opt + J on Mac) Follow this for reference
    • Hit the Search button and check the console log errors
    • Send the console logs as it is. It’s better if you can send screenshot of complete console log errors.

    2. Is the issue on all browsers or a specific browser?
    3. PHP error logs (if any)
    4. Are you using multiple editors in your setup? If yes, which plugin are you using for that so that we can try to reproduce the issue on our end?

    2. The issue is on more than 1 browser, e.g. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge

    3. What are the steps to send PHP error logs?

    4. I’m only using the Divi Builder plugin in my setup

    Dear @imagemakersg,

Please go to Default Levels link in your console and unselect everything except warnings & errors and then send the console log errors back to us. Your valuable input will help us to debug this issue faster.

    While you’re at it:

When I select a product from the search result and click “Create Shortcode” this error is thrown in the console (though not noticeable in the front end):

    Dear @imagemakersg,

We fixed the issue in v1.5.3 of plugin release yesterday. Please update the same and feel free to reopen the thread in case the issue still persists.
