Nothing happens when I press “add media” in a page

Can you check your console in the browser. I think there may be some javascript error that is causing so. It would be much easier if the console errors were provided.

Thank you for your answer Sakar. I’m afraid I’m not very skilled or experienced when it comes to computers or WP. How do I check my console and what is that? Tell me what info you need and I will try and provide it.

I think The themes and plugins are not updated causing the problem. Are your themes and plugins updated ?

No, but I just now updated them all, and still nothing happen when I press “add media” in a page. Not only that but none of the stuff I have on the page can be seen when, it′s just blank.

So, you don′t know how I should proceed?
