Nothing happens on pressing "Assign Ranks to Users" in 1.6.3

Nothing Happens on pressing “Assign Ranks to Users” and no Rank is showing any user: https://chillopedia.com/rank/
Please note that we have a custom wordpress table prefix and we already have defined the mycred log table with the custom prefix in wp-config and the log is showing all the entries correctly. We are using version 1.6.3
Please help.
