Nothing happens after uploading all files ?

After uploading all files of wordpress on free host provider in one new folder, I have created a new sql database(only name given, nothing else) and then written details in wp-config.php file and uploaded that also.

Now when I check https://www.mywebsite.com/Folder/wp-admin/install.php or https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/install.php. Nothing happens, it only redirect to a site containing various ads.
