• I have a reasonably extensive HTML form containing grouped radio buttons, checkboxes, email fields, date fields, textarea fields and regular text input fields. The parser reads the form and I get a lengthy display of fields, each with their HTML Input Label, a read-only Input Name, and a blank Input Value field. I do no edits to this array. At the bottom is a button “Import Form to Gravity Forms”. Mousing over the button does not produce a pointer even though clicking the button gives me a button click effect. Having clicked the button, nothing happens. I am not redirected into gravity forms, nor is any form imported. I hope you can help me with this!

By the way, the same thing happens with the test form included with the plugin.

In addition, my form is not in a table. It’s a raw, unformatted HTML form containing fields within <p></p> blocks.

Nevermind – I see I needed to RTFM! Enabling the Web API was the solution.

Glad it worked out! Sorry I haven’t checked support in a while, wasn’t getting much action.
