Nothing happens after clicking Pay with Bitcoin button

    Hi,

    Its been working fine for weeks, but today after a customer clicks the button, the 3 dots appear and then the button appears again. The QR code etc doesn’t load.

    I tried the plugin ion 2 different websites and the same is happening.

    Latest Debug shows:-

    After about 18 hours it seems to be working again, by itself. We had over 30 people that tried checking out with BTC, but they all failed. ??

    Can you let me know what the issue was on your side?

    Apologies for answering a day late. We looked into it (thanks for sharing the debug log!) but found no explanation why you would have experienced this problem.
    We have not had anyone else report such a ‘no permission’ response.

    We are glad that it works again. Should it happen again, please email [email protected] (our whole team is in copy and will respond ASAP).

    (Please clear and disable the debug log when not needed anymore, for your security. You may wish to leave it enabled for a few hours and then send us the full file to [email protected] in case we manage to find more information in it.)

    I got the same issue yesterday after the Woocommerce update. But now works.

    Thanks for confirming! A minor patch was all that was needed to avoid some weirdness with some WordPress sites’ config.

    We will consider this issue as fixed then, however if any has this issue please re-open or contact us with your debug log at [email protected].

    Have marked as unresolved again while we look into this.

    Could you please:
    1. activate the plugin’s debug log (at the bottom of the plugin settings page)
    2. try to display the bitcoin payment form, ideally reload the page and try a second time,
    3. email it to [email protected] where our whole team is in copy.

    This should tell us exactly which error is happening and allow us to deploy a fix within a day.

    Version 1.5.4 has just been released. This should fix the problem with the payment form not appearing, for some of you and hopefully all of you.

    If after updating you still have the issue, please send your plugin debug log (follow steps in previous message) to [email protected] .
