Nothing happens

I’ve isntalled this plugin but don;’t see it anywhere. The toggle doesn’t show up at all. I tried to insert the code (as suggested in anohter post) to get it to default show list view (which is what I want) and nothing happens. I disablled all plugins (Except woocommerce and this one) and went to default twenty ten theme and still don’t see anything. Any suggestions?
