Nothing happens

    When attempting to use simply static, the generate button does nothing. No logs, no nothing. I’m assuming this is something I’ve done incorrectly in the site setup, yet I can’t find what that might be.

    Ubuntu 24.04, Apache 2.4.58, php8.3-fpm

    I’ve turned on debugging in every location possible, yet no logs actually make it to the server.

    If I use other similar plugins, like Staatic, the same thing happens. However, Staatic also supplies a wp-cli command. If I use the command, it does what I expect. If I use the admin web-based starting point, nothing happens.

    Hey @cwhitener,

    I don’t think anything is wrong with your server setup; Instead, look into some WP basics.

    – Pretty permalinks activated?
    – Does the WP Rest API works?
    – Is the site protected via Basic Auth?

    We also provide full WP-CLI coverage but only in the pro-version, but honestly, I think we rather make it work within the UI for you ??

    It’s own server? A locally running site? Or standard webhosting?
    Have you tried it with the recent update?
