This warning means that our plugin is still processing your files.
Usually such process does not take much time, definitely below 15 seconds.
But it’s possible that our plugin was not able to process them.
That could be caused by e.g.:
– Broken file inside some directory
– Loop link inside some directory
– Insufficient permissions on some directory so we couldn’t calculate its size.
Please expand first section “What will be backed up?” and check which group has loading icon. It should be hint where to look for above causes.
Also some different plugin can cause conflict which gives you that warning. You should be able to check and confirm that in global logs of our plugin. You can find them under “Troubleshooting” -> “Advanced Options” -> “Logging”.
You can send me that file via email as it may contain some sensitive data like full path to files e-mail: [ support (at) backupbliss dot com ].
But feel free to inspect that file on your own, maybe it will allow you to solve that issue on your own ??
