    Installed it, turned it on, and nothing happen. Made some changes, tested some setting and nothing happened… Odd… I changed this, I changed that and nothing happened. It feels like my installation and Woo set up, but I really have no idea. I’ll keep searching for another tool, this one is a good idea but doesn’t work for me. ??

    We’re here to assist you, We’re really sorry for the problem you’ve faced, sometimes we might miss something by your testing scenario but it will be easy for us to provide a fix when you explain on how you test our plugin?

    1. Is your site stock managed from any third-party inventory?
    2. Can you please share the screenshot of our status page and please try Test Email option to see that your admin email received any dummy test mail to check for email delivery?
    3. Please check our settings page for Background Process Selection Engine option and make sure WooCommerce Background Process option selected?
    4. Is our subscribe form appear in front-end for out of stock products?
    5. Is your query about sending email? If so we record each activities of our plugin as log in Admin Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> Top right drop-down select prefix back-in-stock-notifier with latest date which will have all the required information to troubleshoot the issue in detail.

    As a small team we do a lot of effort in keep support this plugin, it hard for us to see such negative feedback, please do reconsider edit your existing review and allow us to assist you further
