you seem to have a “competing” plugin, geodir_gd_booster, which very likely is preventing AO from doing it’s thing. try disabling that?

That raised the mobile score from 45/100 to 48/100, but reduced the desktop score from 64 to 62.
Now GPSI says Your page has 2 blocking script resources and 4 blocking CSS resources. This causes a delay in rendering your page. (details pasted below)
Anything else I can try?

well, some possibilities;
* in AO: don’t force JS into head (if that works with your context)
* in AO: remove google fonts (if you can live without)
* install a page caching plugin (wp super cache/ hypercache/ zencache/ ..)
* review need of google maps (don’t see it on the homepage, so ..)
* review need of font-awesome & dashicons (although those probably came with theme)

The developers of GeoDirectory say that GD Booster is the only caching plugin that works with their software. I’ll ask my developer about how to do the rest…
